Design Strategy Project
This project was done for a Dutch Energy company called Eneco. It was a collaborative effort with 4 other designers as part of my studies at TU Delft, Netherlands.
Eneco is increasingly investing in renewable energy. They have a vision to be climate neutral by 2035. Our project was to increase customer involvement and participation in achieving the goal by 2035.

Our strategy was to engage with the customers on 3 levels: Educate them on the importance of sustainability, Inspire them to contribute to the positive change, and Supporting customers to bring the change to their communities.
My role was to understand the business objectives, understanding customer needs, create a strategic framework that will lead to higher customer engagement by way of gamification and promotion of social entrepreneurship.
